How every Lumen Array engagement works
Every engagement — regardless of tier — begins from the same starting position: we understand your workloads before we form any view on placement. The framing exercise that opens each engagement is not a formality; it is the part that determines whether the advice that follows is actually relevant to your situation.
We work from a structured set of placement criteria that cover compute intensity, data movement, latency sensitivity, team capability, regulatory obligations, and cost structure. These criteria apply consistently whether the analysis favours on-prem, cloud, or a hybrid split.
All three engagements produce written outputs. The complexity of the deliverable scales with the engagement, from a focused trade-off sheet to a full strategy document with revision support.

Placement Options Briefing

We help you frame the decision around your own constraints — not a vendor's preference. Suited to organisations making their first serious call on AI infrastructure. Delivered with architecture diagrams, a hybrid blueprint document, and a follow-up note.

Designed for organisations that are managing several AI workloads simultaneously and need a placement rationale that can hold up to scrutiny as the landscape evolves. Runs as a three-month engagement with regular reviews and includes a strategy document and revision support.
